Early Warning Signs of Breast Cancer That Every Women Should Be Aware Of

Breast cancer has been one the most common cancers known to humans. This type of cancer mostly affects women and a lot had been raising awareness to this. Early warning signs are published for the knowledge of everybody and how you examine these are also noted.

Here we list how you could examine your breasts for breast cancer symptoms:

1. PRESENCE OF TENDERNESS AND PAIN IN THE ARMPITS

Cancer can metastasize(spread to other parts of the body) through the lymph nodes. And if lymph nodes in the armpit are affected, a lump or a swelling can be felt and seen. Be aware of these lumps for it can indicate a developing breast cancer.

2. ABNORMAL SHAPE OF NIPPLES AND DISCHARGE PRESENT

This is the first thing a woman would notice if there is something wrong in their breasts. If there is abnormality present in the nipple then probably there is a tumor developing or growing inside it. Discharge can be noticed if the nipples are squeezed and an unlikely discharge comes out other than the breast milk.

3. YOU LOOSE WEIGHT SUDDENLY

If you lose weight suddenly, more likely 10 pounds or more weight is lost then think again because you might be suffering cancer especially when having problems I the throat, stomach, lungs, and pancreas.

4. UNEVEN SKIN WITH PRESENCE OF ITCHINESS AND DIMPLING IN THE BREAST AREA

The uneven skin should be noted. If there are small blue marks similar to hemorrhages and the skin looks scaly then this is beyond what is normal. Thus indicative of breast cancer. When itching is present then there is a sign of inflammation. This could be an inflammatory breast cancer. Dimpling in the breast area is then best described when you have cellulite like dimpled skin similar to the appearance of an orange peel.

Remember, do not underestimate the little things that change in your body because these might be warning signs of a disease. Be aware and do what it must to prevent further damage!
