President Duterte assured justice for the victims of the tragic “Bulacan massacre.” In his visit at the wake of the Carlos family at San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, the Chief Executive met with their surviving patriarch Dexter Carlos who lost his entire family in a carnage that happened on June 27.
